Unable to install the core module

Hi

I wanted to try the new RC, but in step 8 I alway get an error, I can't solve. Here is the log file: http://www.sb-online.ch/gallery2/g2data/install_e2c86.log

In step 3 I get an error in the head of the site (but all tests of G2 are successful):

reupload the themes/ folder
you should have a themes/matrix/MANIFEST file etc.
