possible to show interactive panoramas with help of a viewer applet?

has anyone an idea how this could be made?

I know the modul, or I thought to know it :-) But as far as I know, it's not possible to present panoramas in a way like this: http://www.anfyteam.com/anj/anpanorama/anpanorama.html?

If you properly construct a 360 degree image (so the right and left edges of the image match up) then this is basically what panorama module does. It looks like that anpanorama applet might be applying some perspective while rotating.. not sure; our panarama applet doesn't do that.. it just scrolls the given image.
