What is the difference between ImageMagick, NetPBM and GD??

	I am just wondering what the difference is between ImageMagick, NEtPBM and GD? I have GD installed and working but cannot seem to get NetPBM or ImageMagick working properly. Do I really need all of them? What does each of them do anyway?

	take a look at README.html in your gallery2 dir. netpbm/imagemagick will probably support more image types than GD; they also don't require as much memory available to PHP.
