How to generate video thumbnails

	I just installed ffmpeg on my gallery2 installation. The builtin ffmpeg test succeeds and, as far as I can tell, there are no problems with it. My question is: how do I generate thumbnail for video that have already been uploaded (prior to the installation of ffmpeg)? I attempted to do "Build all thumbnals/resizes" from the System Maintenance screen but that did not do it. Thanx
