G1 to G2 - Importroutine stops after choosing the right (!) path :-(

I upgraded vom 1.4.4 to 1.5.2 - no problems - g1 runs perfect - afterwards - as documented, i made a plain install of g2 and this installation works fine, too - testet it and everything runs fine. okay ... up to the point of the g1 import. when i choose the right path (/srv/www/htdocs/web7/html/albums) the script doesn´t continue. in IE there is a error reported that main.php istn findable (after a refresh on the button it is there!, and main.php has 777). in firefox 1.5.1 the url is

update:
i increased the memory size in the php.ini to 40M ... now everything rocks!
