Spanish translation problems

I installed Gallery 2 weeks ago. I try to install many spanish languages available in this forum but nothing all completed translated or don't work fine.

Then I upgrade my Gallery 2 to 2.1-RC-1 version. Apparently works fine but the words are not the same in english. For example the word "lista" is "last" in english, but the correct word in spanish is "ultimo". There are many bugs like this. When you enter as an admin the word "ultimo" appear and the other bugs not appear, but when I logout the bugs appear. Why? When I enter to Gallery as admin all words are ok, but when I enter as guest the words change to anothers in spanish.

Translations should not be different based on who is logged in.. maybe check with Site Admin / Users and see if your admin account has a different language preference than your guest user or the site default.
You can submit requests to fix particular translations by filing requests on sourceforge (either by submitting updated PO files or just telling us the specific item to fix and the correct translation).

Today I upgrade my Gallery 2.1-RC-1 to 2.1-RC-2a and now works fine! check www.tatianas.net/flashmode

Your webserver does not support localization. Please instruct your system administrator to reconfigure PHP with the gettext option enabled.

Existe alguna solucion para esto por favor?????

He instalado gallery2.3 y lo he incorporado a mi phpnuke a través de phpnuke_063. Hasta aquí todo bien. He instalado el idioma español y me lo ha traducido pero a la hora de visualizar los acentos salen mal, también las eñes:

¿A alguién le ha pasado lo mismo?
¿Alguien sabe cómo podría corregir y hacer que salgan los acentos y las eñes?
