No matter I check or uncheck [PHOTO :: MicroThumbs - Show allways first and last MicroThumbs], I always get first and last MicroThumbs showed (I did refresh template cache and database cache), anyone has any idea?
When I check [PHOTO :: MicroThumbs - Show navigation bellow MicroThumbs table, when they are not all visible], there is only an unlinked "<<" showing...I'm not sure what's the use of this...
When I check [PHOTO :: MicroThumbs - Show first and last linked pics bellow MicroThumbs table, when they are not all visible], the boxed "<<" and ">>" button only links to the first and the last photo, respectively. Is there any way to make them bring the visitor to the previous and next group/page of Microthumbs, respectively?
Thanks a million! PGtheme is my favorate

Yeah.. I have the same problem. I am showing 6 micro thumbs at a time and would like to have << more more >> take you to the prev and next page of micro thumbs when clicked by the user.. currently, I only get the text with no clickable buttons.
Is this a bug or something the program just doesn't do.. what's the use of showing the more >> then if you don't take the user to the next page? thx!

I haven't figured out the problem yet...I hope PG can help us out. The first and last picture's thumbnail are always there...kinda confusing, too

sounds kind of like you two are talking about different things...
Jayh,
sounds like a frustrating brick wall you've hit. If you are certain the setting in your admin panel are fine, and you are certain that your modifications to your templates/files did not change anything, then try a reinstall of the PGtheme.
However, my guess is you are missing something in the control panel. Try a whoel new set up for the microthumbs, change the column/row/# setup, just try to see things fresh and see if you overlooked something, then reevaluate changes to your files you've made. Use a file comparision program -
Pesto126,
I was hoping you'd have found a solution to this by now because I also really want this feature too! ;)
An alternative to the First/Last links would be great!! One day in the not too distant future someone mystery coder will share the lines for creating a Next/Previous link structure to add to the microthumbs. Until then, well maybe we should learn php? or be content with all the other great features -

I am pretty new to Gallery and am having the exact same issue as JayH. Excellent theme but this is driving me nuts. Did you ever find a solution?

If we get a group of us to pitch in $20/apiece to donate to G2 - someone with coding skills will step up to the plate on this custom feature most likely, but most of the G2 team are busy getting the next release ready.
I'm really looking forward to that next release....

While we are at it: lets make it so the microthumbs dont shift until you click to the next set of them. That gets a little confusing too. I'd probably pay $20 for that.

Tuneman, I haven't yet figured out any solution I'd love to donate if this can be solved

Well this may go somewhere - $60 minimum pledged so far. We still got to get into 3 digits to get someone's attention...2-3 more people would help.

I'm running PGtheme_V1.1RC1_Full_G2.1 now, the showing of first and last picture's microthumb can be unchecked...seems like some former bugs were fixed...really grateful to PG!! I still can't figure out a way to bring the visitor to the previous and next group/page of Microthumbs, respectively. For example, I have 100 microthumbs, 20 showing on each page, however, the "<<" and ">>" button only jumps to the first and the last microthumb, respectively. Any first time visitor who accidentally clicks ">>" will miss many pics: he will only see the first and the last 20 microthumbs. The rest 60 ones can only be accessed when browsed one by one, i.e., click ">" or "<". Any ideas?

Did anyone find a solution to this? I'm having the same problem...
And is anyone on X_treme (G2.2) having the same issue?
