Character problems

I'm in the last steps of costumizing gallery2 into my site, but i'm having a character problem that's in this page:

http://www.el-entrepiso.com.ar/arte_prueba.php

The meta of my site has charset=iso-8859-1, but in the same page i've found the gallery2 meta with charset=UTF-8, so special characters shows as a "?".

¿How can i fix it?

g2 only works with utf8.
