Invalid duplicated albums in 1.5.2PL2

PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please):4.3

Anyone had such an issue - suddenly albums change their descriptions an location.
Than unable to rename/move/delete them. And they duplicate
One can see that on the upmentioned URL. 3 first albums are exactly same.
Physically that's 1 folder. If I rename folder, they remain, but unable toc hange them anyway, renamed folder appears in a root gallery level.
Somebody please help fixing that !!!
I do not know WTF happened and what can I do ((
