The horizontal menu that I have in the header -- http://www.sibsalsa.ru/gallery/ -- is in Russian. It is the same on all pages of my web site. For some reason, however, Gallery (v1.5) uses the wrong encoding, and it doesn't show Russian characters in that menu. When I view gallery.header file on the server, I do see Russian characters in the code as it is supposed to be. Could somebody please tell me how I can fix this problem?
