where to updated translations?

	Hello, I have started working on the Hebrew translation of gallery2. so far I have 4 modules translated (comments, image-block, rating and rss) The current files are terribly outdated, or translated badly and there doesn't seem to be any translation team working on anything. I have found Hebrew users are starting to use gallery2, everyone seems to be translating the system separately. where do I send the files? (and what format will make life easier for the project leaders?)
