Hi,
Just installed a completeley clean install of G2 - so at this stage there are no mods, no anythings!
Uploaded Checkout and Installed same to modules directory (Checkout v0.1.14.zip) which I downloaded from SourceForge.
I can confgure the module in site admin, but it simply loops back to "configure" instead of "activate"
Your urgent attention would really help, because when this id done we will be going live with our site. This is the only thing stopping us. (all our mods/customisations are proven in our test database - these mods have NOT been installed on the new DB yet)
thanks in advance
Fred

When you say it "loops back" to Configure, please can you describe a bit more what you mean? What are the exact steps you are taking, so I can try to reproduce the problem? Also, are there any errors logged in the apache logs?

Thanks for the quick response.
I am using the site admin Gallery Modules Commerce Block.
Checkout is one of the modules. I installed the module, then configured it(in Actions area on the right of the page). I submitted the config which was accepted with the message "Successfully configured module checkout". BUT - the action pane does not progress to "activate" - it simply gives me two options for Checkout - configure or uninstall.
I figure I am not completing the configure data correctly, ot there is a more complex problem.
All help appreciated,

The criteria for whether the module is correctly configured is that at least one product has to be defined. Have you defined any products, or just the general information?

Hi, I've checked the apache server and system error logs - nothing wrong there.
