-fixed never mind ---Need help with setting up Gallery

I need some help in figuring out just what is wrong with my Gallery set up.
It is raw with Carbon loaded and working if you login, but at the public main.php it is just the generic Gallery page.

I am willing to pay for help.
Does any one connected to the Gallery project actually respond here?
