Entering the gallery

Another suggestion of me:

I often want my friends to enter my gallery in a special subalbum (eg: hey, see this new event here: url). Well, this works fine IF and only if this album is viewable by public people. My friends do have a login name and password, so the shouldn't be redirected to the main gallery page! They should get a login page and after submitting their login data, they should see the requested subalbum.

This would be very helpful. Now, every one asks me where the new event resides in my gallery.

A simple solution would be to set a cookie with the login data. So my friends are always logged in. But this isn't the real solution for my problem above.
