Can't customize header / footer in Ajaxian theme

Hi all!

I would like to get my Gallery in a table so that it fits like the rest of my website.

Now I just installed a new theme: Ajaxian. In this theme it's not simply possible to customize the header and footer (in website management).

Can anyone tell me if there's another option to change the header / footer?

Can anyone tell me where to paste my own (HTML) header and footer code in the theme.tpl file?
