Help needed willing to pay

There are several functions that I need. Among them:

Ability to access/load all thumbnails from a photo.tpl
Ability to access resized images from album.tpl
A cart/album/favourites system where the user can create a personal album but only to store favourites from existing albums. So no user uploading but user bookmarking of favourite items

Willing to pay. Turnaround time is next 10 days.

Anyone available to help? I know a smattering of PHP and smarty if you write amendments to the classic theme I can slip them in.

Maybe the Shopping cart can be repurposed??
