Can not add photo to an exisiting Album

I created an Album called Cristmas and added one image. I now want to add another image but it will not allow me to add an image. I am logged in as admin and I click on add photo but I get the not symbol. I went throught the config again but can not figure out what I am missing so I can add another photo to an existing album.
