I need someone to design me a Terms And Conditions Module that will force all users, to agree to, before viewing any images on the site. The Terms And Conditions Module will force both guests and registered users to agree to the terms. But Registered users only have to agree to the Terms And Conditions only once, when they register. After that it's automatic. Guests will have to agree to the terms every-time their session(s) expire. The module should have an admin side that allows the admin to put in his own Terms And Conditions, as well as have a default Terms And Conditions. I will be willing to write the actual copy of the terms. As well as have a lawyer over look the the copy to make sure it's legit. That way anyone wanting to use this module can also use the copy of the terms as the default agreement to the module.
