Drag and drop not working

	I'm using a fresh install of GR (version 1.5) on Windows XP laptop. Drag and drop simply doesn't work. When I try to drag a picuter, the mouse cursor is nothing but a circle with a slash through it. I've used GR on XP without a hitch on other computers. Any ideas?

	Looks like this is a problem with the content management system I'm using, Drupal. The permissions for writing to an image gallery are all screwed up.
