Hybrid Theme : Easy Navigation to Parent from Child album

I love the hybrid theme for it's simplicity when displaying pictures, but I find gallery navigation awkward. I can't find an easy way to navigate to a parent from a child album when using the Hybrid theme, the only method appears to be to open the side bar and navigate from there. Could someone suggest some code that would eable this - possibley add a roof icon (similar to the "play slideshow" icon but rotated 90 degrees left) that could be displayed in the area where the sidebar and slide show icons are) I'd do it myself by the code defeats me. |

Sorry to open an old post, but I have exactly the same issue and it looks like it hasn't been addressed yet. Is there any way to put an "UP" button or link on the album pages for this theme? Even if I open the sidebar or use the drop down navigation, I don't see a link to my root album.
