Status, schedule of G1 importer

I'm in the middle or redesign of my football teams website and I would like to use G2 instead of my current G1. No other reason than the templates (CSS all the way :smile:, easier to implement it to my site and because I have/want to do it at some point anyway.

Is there a importer already or is it planned for later, near alpha release or something.

The converter will probably be written when the database structure is less likely to change...G2 is not ready for production use yet, though it's looking pretty sweat :smile:...
