Highlight picture

Ok, I have missed it somewhere. Is there a way to change the highlighted picture? I don't remember seeing anything asking me which picture I wanted to highlight on the front of the album. I want to change it.

Please help!

Log in as admin, look at pull down menu under thumbnails.
