New Gallery2 Print Processing Service & Shopping Cart

We are a commercial Photographers & Print Service company and are considering developing a Commercial Supply & Checkout Service for the Gallery2 community. Currently providers and users can either order prints through photoworks/shutterfly services (which bypasses the author of the website hosted and prevents him/her from earning any revenue - rather important!) or install a third party shopping cart which will either forwards the order to paypal or gives a "check in post option" ..... Neither of which are commercially advantageous.

We would like to provide a fully populated print ordering system which will allow you to sell (or simply order for yourself) high quality products which are not restricted to simple glossy prints which anyone can order at the local lab (or shutterfly!).

I would like to have some feedback to see how great the demand would be and whether or not we are able to offer a service which leaves our competitors in the dark!

How much will I earn from sales if I am selling my products?
We will setup a wholesale account with trade prices for you. Your shopping cart sells at price (A) (Predetermined by you), We charge a fixed price of (B), A minus B = Your Profit paid into your bank account.

How big is your product range compared to other services?
Massive! We do not produce cheap promotional items. We produce standard prints and High Quality Portraits for photographers... Here are just a few of our services...

* Standard Glossy Prints up to 10 x 12
* High Quality Portraits up to 70cmx50cm Printed on Kodak Gloss/Matt/Lustre paper and using Lyson 200 year inks. Portraits are mounted and pressed onto 1.5mm Art-Card and sealed in our vacuum press.
* Wizard CMC Cut Mount Frames
* Hot-Press Vacuum melts and laminates
* WideFormat Posters up to 44" x Anything
* Wide Format Laminating up to 44" x Anything

* Delivery from either Baltimore (US Orders) or London (European Orders)

PS. I would like to here from a developer who has the technical ability to produce the storefront and backend workflow on this project. Given the size of the Gallery community and the potencial in this project, development could lead to a part time role in maintaining and developing the site service! Salary would be attractive!
