Hi! I'm running Gallery 1.5.1 in Postnuke .762 on WinXP. Initially I configured Gallery and the postnuke site only to be viewed internally on my LAN. I set a fixed IP-adress in the I also have another site published outside my LAN on another computer which is blocking the posibility to use port 80 for my other site on which I'm running Gallery. I would like to expose my Gallery site outside my LAN temporary and addressing the site with http://www.my-exposed-site-which-blocks-the-gallery-site.com:5050/index.php. Said and done I changed the Gallery URL, Albums URL and reconfigured my webserver to listen to port 5050. And of course it worked fine when I ran Gallery standalone. When adressing the Gallery module from within Postnuke it also worked, except for when I tried to browse single albums. When doing that I was routed to the other website (Which also has Gallery integrated). I could clearly see that the link didn't contain :5050 when hovering the mouse over one of the albums. Does anybody have an idea on how to fix this? Regards Mats |

You probably only updated the Gallery URL in the config, and not the Albums URL as well. You need to edit both.

Hi again!
I have double checked my config and both the Gallery URL and the Albums URL have the same information, http://www.deltabk.se:5050.
I found found out that (when I'm logged in) when I'm cicking the documentations link I see this link in the status bar http://www.deltabk.se:5050/modules/gallery/docs/index.html but when I try to access the the administration area I see this link in the status bar http://www.deltabk.se/index.php?name=Gallery&include=admin-page.php. This also goes for the "new album" link http://www.deltabk.se/index.php?return=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.deltabk.se%2Findex.php%3Fname%3DGallery%26include%3Dview_album.php&cmd=new-album&name=Gallery&include=do_command.php.
Any Idea?
Regards Mats

Looks like Gallery works as intended when accessed standalone, but not when integrated in *nuke?

What can be done?
Upgrading Gallery? Or post a question in a Postnuke forum?

I'm not sure why this happens, and I don't have any experience with *nuke. I hope someone else here has though.
