Link under the picture and other page ?

Hello,
1/Can you help me, i need to know where i can add a link under each picture ? Witch .tpl file and where ?
2/ How can i have a static page with the actual theme (a .php page) with the $urlphoto variable ?
=> In fact, under each picture, i would like to have a link witch is going on a other php page with the G2 theme and with the $urlphoto variable.
I need this variable on a other page with the theme to use some old php scripts.
