I recently came across this Smugmug.com gallery website and their service offers google map intergration. I'm pasting this link only to demonstrate the functionality and am not affiliated with this person / website in any form I would love to see this function implemented in similar fassion into G1 and G2 as that is my choice of gallery :D Another nice feature would be waterking (i know a form of it exists) but I'd like it to be so that gallery owners could write a message in a text box that would transparently superimpose transparently over the image and not overwrite the image like in the version I am running. Thanks and hope to see this in future :D |

@map, There is a module and a theme for G2 that has google map integration. Look: http://codex.gallery2.org/index.php/Gallery2:Modules:Map
@watermark, That would be a good idea. Perhaps you can make a feature request? Oh it is in the que:
