anyone seen www.myphotoalbum.com? they're just using gallery and remote

i was just searching around and came across this site (www.myphotoalbum.com). I started looking into it just for fun and noticed they are using gallery and gallery remote (java embedded). Are they allowed to use it like this? Also, did they make their own template or what, it looks pretty cool. jeff |

We are well aware of that, and yes, they are allowed to do whatever they like with the Gallery code. ;-)
