block to display one gallery

Hi all,

I'm fairly new to gallery and my aim is to use it to supply images for some articles I put online. I would therefore need a way to display 3 images (square thumbs) of a gallery that I specify.

I have checked the image block but there doesn't seem to be a way to specify the gallery I want to be displayed.

Is this possible in gallery2 or has someone already done a similar thing which would help me out?

did you find the list of parameters? g2_blocks=randomImage|randomImage|randomImage&g2_itemId={id of album}

wow I'll try that out and get back on it here...
I would just suggest a little more documentation on how to add there parameters, because it wasn't very clear to me how to use that | in the paramaterslist.
