New theme "PaesslerBlack" based on Gallery2's standard theme

A number of people have emailed and asked me to share my Gallery2 theme for my website, which I am happy to do. It is a quite simple and all-black theme which tries to minimize distraction from the photos.

Notes:

* Requires Gallery 2.1
* Please note that this is more or less a hack of Gallery2’s standard theme, it is not checked for total HTML or CSS validation, not to speak of other more drastic code checks.
* The theme works fine in IE6 and Firefox 1.x and has not been tested with other browsers.
* If somebody does all the cleanup I would appreciate a copy of the new files
