	How do I create a file called .htaccess? I have no idea andhave looked for help please help me. I am using windows XP Server info is Processors 1 Model Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.00GHz Chip MHz 2000.07 512MB RAM Operating system Linux Kernel version: 2.4.18-10 Apache version 1.3.26 (Unix) PERL version 5.006001 PHP version 4.2.3 MySQL version 3.23.53a Account base path /home/username/ Account web path /home/username/public_html/ Path to PERL: /usr/bin/perl Path to sendmail: /usr/sbin/sendmail

	Use Notepad or something like that...

	Hey, Create it in Notepad as was previously said and when you click save as choose all file types in the bottom and for the name you need to put ".htaccess" including the quote marks :smile: Hope this helps Jamie :grin:
