Add Comment link in thumbail

I'm trying to add a "Add comment" link to each picture in thumbail, and simply make "comments : x" linkable to view comments from each picture.

Another problem , I've tried to modify ItemAddFromBrowser.tpl from "/gallery2/modules/core/templates" in order to have "desciption" as default choice for title .
I've tryed : {html_options options=$ItemAddFromBrowser.titleList selected=$form.set.description}

no effect :(
