gr login issues!!

ok i have been using this gallery for a bit.. today i decided to get the new gallery remote update .. i installed it and now i cant even login.. says login incorrect.. i am putting the proper id in and all... this has become very fustrating for i have tried many different things.. this is not just on my server but on others aswell.. can someone please assist me asap... i will pay $ via paypal
