Random Photo Block and Geeklog

I have integrated the Gallery Random Photo Function that Bharat developed - for Geeklog.

This required restructuring the main block-random.php file and creating a geeklog block function out of the main code and then resolving a few integration errors lke a SESSION related error. After setting $GALLERY_NO_SESSIONS to true in my geeklog function, the problem was gone. There were a few other code changes that were required in my geeklog function but they were minor. This is a real nice function - thanks Bharat.
