"The page cannot be displayed" when trying to recreate thumbnails&images

I've upgraded to 2.2 already a while ago. At one moment db run out of space while adding images and I had to run repair for couple of tables (AFAIR SessionMap was one of them, if it changes anyting).

Not sure at what moment it started, but now half of images do not get displayed. Wanted to re-create thumbnails/images, went to EditAlbum, clicked re-create thubnails checkbox and got "The page cannot be displayed ... Cannot find server or DNS Error".

I've switched debug mode to 'logged' and attached is log output from moment when I clicked on Save in EditAlbums screen till it stopped writting. My eyes do not show anything suspicious, but hopefuly I just don't know what to look for

Will be thankful for any idea.
