Request for Quote (bid) Install latest G2 With Carbon Theme and 20 hours tweaking

Hello. I need help with Gallery install and setup of latest G2 with the Carbon theme. http://www.mincel.com/carbon/

I'd like to have someone who is able to spend time tweaking the install. I say 20 hours as a way to quantify the tweaking time though I am sure it will be more or less in the end.
