joomla - users can see album thumbnails but not albums

I just upgraded to the latest version of Gallery and am now having a problem.

When a user clicks on a thumbnail of an album the page just refreshes and does not go into the album. It worked fine on version 2.1.1 but after the upgrade it does not.

Now, if I go directly to my G2 install this is fine, but my site is a Joomla site 1.0.11 with the bridge is the problem.

Any ideas?

increase the php memory limit. i guess php just dies.

and please post a link to an example in your gallery.

please see if the problem goes away if you disable joomla's short urls.

If I turn SEO off it does work.

SEO was turned on in the other version so is there something I need to change to get it to work?

I've just been struggling with this. It appears that if you turn URL ReWrites on for Joomla and Gallery the problem occurs. Have them on for Joomla and off for Gallery and the 2 work fine together.

It would be great if it worked to people could find the images on the web
