Gallery 1.6 and Postnuke.... ? no love ?

Please anyone tell if was succesfull embedding gallery 1.6-bxx in Postnuke (if matters - 0.726).
Gallery 1.54 works well, but 1.6 seems nicer and more interesting, but doesn't work, looks for some theme folders, etc. Only errors. Anyone had tried?
What is the reason?

1.6 is still under heavy development and is pretty much an alpha version at this stage. I suspect that integration issues hasn't been part of the agenda just yet.

Hello,

Gallery 1.6 works fine with postNuke.

When you speak about development versions, please be very exactly. as bxx is *very* unusefull.

The way Gallery 1.6 is embedded is *exactly* the same like every 1.x before.

yep. sorry for that silence, everything works fine!
But i've got another question.
I've problems localizing Gallery 1.6 (now b.54).
Some language constants seem not to be corresponding with the language files.

I.e. , term "Viwed: * times." on album pages - ? Where is it? I checked and fixed it in translations, but it doesn't show in translated language (russian).
Anyone deep into localizing?
Please help fixing and updating translation.

Both russian translation files are now again in sync with the code.

But they are far from complete. No one maintains it

You mean now - since yesterday/today? Or starting from the last public version for 1.5.2 (I think...)?
I made some amount of job to sync that version with the 1.6.b54 code.
It would be sad to loose results...

The latest official stable Version is 1.5.6.

I synced the russian langpack on my archive and svn for 1.6.RC1-B56.

If you have any updates, i would be happy to integrate them into 1.5.6 and 1.6

Another issue that's annoying is that alt's for images are shown in russian correctly only in first level page of Gallery - any subalbum deeper has some mess of translated symbols like

Then i will investigate and make a fix as soon as possible.

Makes it show "Album: somename $link"

Remove $link
