Web site integration, custom php code request

Hello,

I am looking for a php and gallery 2 developer to create a custom theme/integration for a website.
A temporary prototype version of the album page is available at http://www.tibizvision.com/zege/projects4.html

I would like to use Infinite menus for album navigation and Opencube Graphics scrollbar.

I do not need or want any administrative functionality on the visitors website. That means that we probably will need two entry points to the gallery or simply some php script that will automatically construct a static HTML page (menus and graphics scrollbar)

Please email me with bids that include completion time estimates as well as information of your experience with similar work.
