How long before the latest version of Gallery will get thumbnails from mpeg movies? I have the latest build, will it do it? I cant find any script that will do it. Any help would be appreciated! |

The patch is available on the SourceForge site:

It will be integrated into Gallery soon, but it needs some work to make the patch more robust first.

Thanks for replying so quick. Im having problems getting it patched. When I unpack the file it goes into a directory called "gallery.cvs" and then the dir tree has the correct directories.. Do I need to move these files into the correst directories under the /gallery directory? I did that and ran the the syntax included in the readme and after putting in the patch -b classes/AlbumItem.php classes/AlbumItem.php.ffmpeg.patch it just hangs there with no prompt in my ssh window. Im using freebsd. Can I get more complete directions on how to apply patches or do you know why its hanging when I try to patch it like the directions say?
