Gallery system + Joomla (integrated) at different webspaces?

Hello,

I have following szenairo:
webspace A -> Joomla
webspace B -> any gallery system (presently 4images)

The gallery system should be integrated in joomla (for random images, integrated gallery etc.). All tested gallery systems (PonyGallery, 4images, Zoom) are required the joomla system and the respective gallery system at the same server / webspace.

Background of my request: webspace B comes with a lot of space (but is not joomla-able) therefore the pictures are saved there at least.

Is there any gallery system (e.g. Gallery 2) predestined for saving pictures on an other server as the gallery system running itself? If not, is there a chance to realise the distributed szenario above?
