Upload works, but images thumbs and web display is not creat

I can get the images to upload, Ithen get the window that says the images are resized and uplaoded.

The only problem is that when i view the pages, it only had the missing photo box where the image should be.

I think it is a netpbm problem. How do i turn on the log so that i can see if it is causing an error. everything else seems to work fine.

From looking at your site, the path information is incorrect.
You have your albums directory under the gallery directory, not
on the same level which is how you currently have it configured.

I just find it strange that you would need to tell it twice in two locations where the images were located.

One location is the directory on the filesystem, the other is the URL. They're two different paths to get to the same location and you can't figure out one from the other. So it requires you to enter both of them.
