Add images with admin approval; im confused

Hi
I want that useres can add images. But publish with admin approval. How can i do this? Im confused!

maybe with a user contributed module:

looks for "moderate" on http://codex.gallery2.org/index.php/Gallery2:User_Contributions#Modules

but i have this problem when install:
Fatal error: Undefined class name 'gallerystatus' in /home/wwwprep/public_html/modules/moderate/module.inc on line 67

has two columns / two versions of the moderate module. one for gallery 2.0 and one for 2.1. are you sure you downloaded the one for g.1?
