Hello!
Please, help me to make an automatic any-video-format to flashvideo conversion + compression and flashplaying (as on the Tube) on my Gallery2.
It would be the best, if as the Module or any easy installation way.
Or write step-by-step instruction what to change and what to download.

i explain there a clean approach that could be done in a module. but the other of the topic opted for a quick hack.
