First i have to express my extreme happiness with G2! i have been collecting and posting pictures for years and it was getting out of hand. I started putting IPTC tags on my photos last year. the new G2 works great with IPTC keywords! I made the switch yesterday and i am using G2 as my root site (my site is just a photo gallery for friends and family.. so G2 is perfect) I have one question: Any plans on going Boolean with the searches? I imagine that it will be a natural progression. Any projections on when and if you think this will be a feature? Thanks again for all of your hard work. |

boolean search is #11 on http://gallery.menalto.com/sfvote .
so sooner or later we'll get to it.
currently noone is working on it and there are some quite important other things on our todo list which are not on sfvote.
anyone is welcome to start working it, we'll gladly incorporate your boolean search patch.
