Windows Vista install

The installer is broken for Vista. It does not drop down the jpegtran or imagemagick components.

I've got it working by hacking the ZeroG installer packages; I'm happy to share a zip of my b27 environment in the short term.

Also - I'm happy to help with any re-packaging of this for Vista; it's somewhat of a pig (TM). I know the ZeroG install is nice and cross platform; there's no support for Vista from Macrovision yet. Maybe an MSI in the short term?

[Edit - found a much much simpler workaround; install using 'Windows XP SP2 Compatibility']
