Make files downloadable

Gallery version (2.1 is the installer):
PHP version (e.g. 4.4.4):
PHPInfo Link (see FAQ):
Webserver (IIS 5.0):
Database (Microsoft Sql Server 2000):
Operating system (Windows 2000 Terminal):
Browser (IE 6.0):

I am curious is there a way to make each of the images/videos downloadable? I see that if it doesn't support the mime type that it throws out a link to download such item. I was just hoping there is a way to make all of them downloadable?
