Slideshows in IE6 invoke a long horizontal scroll;~/
Same slideshows in FF2 invoke no such horizontal scroll bar.

The site's CSS is fixed to 800px, all pix are 640px square.
Album/photo pages look fine in both browsers (no scrolling).
Viewing the sources appears to show only one 'difference'
(other than a M$IE6 bug) and that is in a generated div...
FF2: <div id="gallery" class="gecko">
IE6: <div id="gallery" class="IE">
...which I think is included when the core sniffs the browser.
However my CSS has neither such classes. I'm unable to find
anything explanatory in the CSS for the base Matrix theme.

My own theme is a highly customised offshoot from Sirius,
the slideshow module is customised to allow few options.
I'm hoping that somebody recognises these symptoms;~)
What on earth is the IE6 browser 'attempting' to show?
More importantly what might be a suitable workaround?

----best wishes, Robert
