"Get More Plugins": ERROR_BAD_PARAMETER : Error unserializing index

When I click on the "get more plugins" link in the Plugins section of Site Admin, I receive the following error followed by a dump of what Gallery was trying to unserialize. I assume somehow this index got corrupted (in the DB?) and now it's choking every time it tries to read it. How can I fix this?
