need to add some features to gallery v2.

Hello I need some text changes and to make this into more of a ordering system / image repository. Willing to pay well just need a idea how much it will cost. I work as a freelance graphic designer and people find it more convienant to upload stuff via gallery but then they have to email me to let me know that they need item xyz ordered and reprinted or additions to be made. so I am using gallery but just need a few additional features. Anyone willing to help?
