Album Permissions

I would also like to make a common folder where anyone can post. I created the album but how do I give permissions for anyone to post to.

I went to The album ----> Edit Permissions

and can not find what i need.

I found how to add the Registered Users under New Group Permission but if I want them just to be able to add pictures not delete others.
